St Vincent PM Reshuffles Cabinet

St Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has reshuffled his cabinet, giving four ministers new portfolios.

According to the government, Clayton Burgin has been reassigned as Health Minister and Agriculture Minister Montgomery Daniel has been be moved to the Housing Ministry, Saboto Caesar is the new Agriculture Minister.

Cecil McKie has been reassigned as the Minister of Tourism, Sports and Culture, and Senator Elvis Charles will be Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture.

The reassignments will take effect Monday, Feb. 20.

Gonsalves said the purpose of the changes was to give the Ministers “different experiences.”
