U.S. Investors Get Olint Priority

U.S.-based investors will receive first priority in the Olint case, according to the U.S. Government, and the deadline for filing claims to recover money from David Smith’s failed ponzi scheme has been extended. Victim-witness specialist Elizabeth Medina said investigators needed more time to review the claims. “The federal government is continuing to investigate the operations of all these entities and is working to recover funds to return to injured investors,” she said.
