The St Barth Gourmet Festival Is Back for 2021

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 26, 2021

The St Barth Gourmet Festival is returning this year for its eight edition.

The week-long gastronomic event will take place fro Nov. 10-14, 2021, Caribbean Journal has learned.

It’s part of the broader “Gourmet Month” on the island, alongside Caribbean Rum Awards, which take place Nov. 2-7 with a week of high-level rum (and cigar) events.

This year’s Gourmet Festival will include a lineup of award-winning chefs featuring some of France’s top culinary talent.

“This year in particular, there is great anticipation for the return of the St. Barth Gourmet Festival,” shares Nils Dufau, president of the Territorial Tourism Committee of St. Barth. “We look forward to welcoming some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs to the island’s signature event this November as they showcase their talent and artistry to celebrate the tradition of French style cooking, all set against the beautiful backdrop of St. Barth.”

Some of this year’s participating chefs include three-Michelin star chefs like Chef Arnaud Lallement, L’Assiette Champenoise in Tinqueux, France and two-Michelin-star Chef Nicolas Beaumann of Maison Rostang, in Paris, among others.
