Sandals Resorts International is set to reopen both of its resorts in Barbados next month.
The all-inclusive company will be relaunching both its Sandals Royal Barbados and Sandals Barbados resorts.
Sandals has nearly completed its Caribbean-wide reopening; one other resort, Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, which is in the midst of a major renovation, is slated to reopen in November.
Later this summer, Sandals will unveil an expansion at Sandals Royal Barbados, with another 66 new suites set to open in July.
It’s a major milestone for Sandals, which was the first major resort brand in the Caribbean to reopen when it did so last June.
Sandals Resorts International has actually expanded amid the pandemic, with plans to open new properties in Jamaica, St Vincent and Curacao.
