A portfolio of luxury villas has made its return on the island of Anguilla, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Santosha Villa Estate and the Sand Villa, Sea Villa and Sky Villa at Anguilla’s Long Bay Villas have reopened after a nearly 10-month-long renovation project.

The transformed properties are adjacent to one another on the northern coast of Anguilla, ranging from five to 25 bedrooms.

The portfolio’s owners purchased the properties in February 2018 after Hurricane Irma, setting out on an “extensive” renovation.

Natalie Sheedy of Chicago-based Sheedy/DeLaRosa Interiors led the design team on both properties.

The Long Bay Villas each have either five or six bedrooms, while Santosha has a collection of a grand villa and guest houses that can sleep up to 56 people.

“By opening up the villas to maximize the ocean views, completely transforming them inside and out, and adding our personable and professional staff, we have created a new level of luxury and comfort that delivers an unparalleled, beyond extraordinary experience for guests,” said Neil Freeman of Aries Capital, owner and developer of the project.

The Sand, Sea and Sky Villas had formerly known as Temenos and Elements.
