Looking for the perfect French Caribbean getaway?

It’s getting easier to get to the island of Martinique, with Norwegian Air’s increased service and up to six weekly flights on American Airlines.

Norwegian will be offering four flights each week from Fort Lauderdale to Martinique beginning Oct. 31; on Oct. 28, Norwegian will increase service to six flights per week from New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport to Martinique.

And there are even more new ways to experience the island, from a new Road Scholar educational trip to an all-inclusive program at the Club Med Buccaneer’s Creek.

Fort de France.

The Road Scholar program, “The Allure of Martinique: A Touch of France in the Caribbean” includes seven nights and eight days including air — along with an expert-led excursion to Martinique’s major heritage sites.

Caradonna Adventures is launching a dive program, from novice to expert-level experiences that include seven-night stays with five dive days.

In other words, it’s never been easier to get to one of the Caribbean’s best-kept secrets.
