Nevis’ Montpelier Plantation to Reopen Oct. 8

Nevis’ Relais & Chateaux hotel is coming back soon.

The Montpelier Plantation & Beach is reopening Oct. 8 after seeing no damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria, according to a statement.

The property, set on 60 acres in the hills of Nevis Peak, has also added a spate of new activities and offerings from unique culinary activities to fitness weeks.

Some of the themed weeks include a Yoga Week with instructor Patti Coan, a tennis week with USPTA Pro Wendy Tauscheck.

Montelier Plantation includes 19 rooms and suites, each with ocean views and private terraces on the site of an old sugar mill from the 18th century.
