Levera Beach Resort Project Begins Construction in Grenada
Construction has begun in earnest at the highly-anticipated Levera Beach Resort project in Grenada, following a ground-breaking ceremony last month.
The resort is reporting that building work is “well underway,” with the first one-bedroom unit already 40 percent complete, according to Grenada’s government.
Construction will begin on two two-bedroom units later this month.
The multimillion-dollar resort is a 375-acre project, the first phase of which will include an 80-unit boutique hotel, 40 hotel cottages, 20 “casitas” and villas, two restaurants and a spa, among other features.
