Sandals Adds More Restaurants in St Lucia

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 16, 2015

Sandals has opened three new restaurants at its Sandals Grand St Lucian Spa and Beach Resort, the company announced.

The new eateries, which are part of the company’s Discovery Dining program, include Kimonos, a Japanese-style Teppanyaki restaurant; Soy, a sushi eatery and Bombay Club, the brand’s first Indian restaurant, which first launched this year at Sandals Barbados.

There are now 12 restaurants at the St Lucia resort.

“We’re excited to bring more Gourmet Discovery Dining options to our guests in St. Lucia and are actively reviewing choices at all our resorts,” said Sandals Resorts CEO Adam Stewart. “On average, guests spend six days with us so it’s critical that we present them with a choice of dining opportunities that not only exceed their expectations in terms of quality, but that are distinct, authentic and engaging.”

The three new restaurants join another new eatery, the Jerk Shack, at the property.

The Jerk Shack is another new concept that first debuted at the Sandals Ochi Beach Resort in Jamaica.
