It’s the toniest island in the Caribbean, and that means serious real estate.

The newest listing to hit the market in St Barth is called Artepea, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa at the top of the Lurin area.

The price? About $11.74 million USD.

The property, located on a 0.49-acre lot, includes a pool, a fully-equipped kitchen and, most importantly, stunning views of St Jean and the ocean.

The home is listed with the Ici & La real estate company in St Barth.

It’s about five minutes from the capital of Gustavia — not that you’ll ever want to leave.
