The Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic has announced its partnership with the Miami-based Pubbelly Restaurant Group, which will open its Asian-inspired Pubbelly Sushi restaurant at the luxury destination later this year.

The restaurant will be located in the resort’s Marina, and will feature an eclectic menu that treats guests to an edible tour of Asia, with culinary offerings created by Pubbelly Restaurant Group Director and Founding Partner, Jose Mendin, and Sushi Partner, Yuki Ieto.

The restaurant will feature Japanese anime-style murals and modern-Asian twists designs from the originally Pubbelly Sushi in Miami, and will draw from locally-sourced seafood whenever possible, according to the company.
