New leadership at St Lucia resort

The Landings St Lucia has named Kathy Taylor its new interim general manager, the property announced this week.

Taylor’s appointment comes after the departure of hospitality veteran Kashmie Ali.

In a release, the company said Ali “opted to pursue new opportunities following his one year stint which produced strong results and increased revenues.”

“With the challenge he faced upon his arrival largely met, we wish him every success in his future endeavours,” Taylor said in a statement.

Taylor is assuming the role of chair of the executive committee and as a member of the board of directors, following the resignation of John Copeland from that body.
