Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has appointed Menique De La Rosa as spa director for the Caribbean region and at Rosewood Little Dix Bay in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.

De La Rosa will be responsible for high-level operations, guiding the vision for Rosewood’s Caribbean spas at various properties, and bringing a greater focus to Rosewood’s “A Sense of Place” philosophy at Little Dix Bay.

“Wellness has become an integral part of today’s travel experience, and as the Sense spa brand continues to evolve, we are looking to develop new and innovative experiences for our guests,” said Ed Linsley, managing director of Rosewood Little Dix Bay.

De La Rosa joins Rosewood Little Dix Bay with over ten years of experience with luxury resort spas, most recently serving as spa director at Rosewood’s Tucker Point in Bermuda.

“Menique has been a leader at a number of prestigious spas around the world, garnering outstanding recognition and accolades, and we look forward to collaborating with her on creating an entirely new wellness experience at all of Rosewood’s Caribbean Sense spas,” Linsley said.
