JetBlue is launching yet another new route to the Caribbean.

This time it’s Antigua, according to Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Minister Asot Michael.

The service is the latest for a company that has been on a lightning-fast expansion push in the Caribbean region.

“As the primary engine of growth for our nation’s economy, our tourism industry is vital, dynamic and evolving,” Michael said in a statement. “The intense negotiations, and planning over the last several months has brought us to this point where we can now celebrate another first in Aviation for Antigua and Barbuda.  We are here to mark another milestone, the announcement of the introduction of non-stop service from JFK to Antigua and Barbuda on Jet Blue Airways.”

The move comes ahead of the opening later this year of the country’s brand-new, modern terminal at VC Bird International Airport.

The flights, which will operate out of New York’s John F Kennedy International Airport, will launch Nov. 5, according to Michael.

They will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

JetBlue will operate the service on Airbus A320 aircraft with 150 seats.

It’s not yet clear if the company will offer its Mint first-class service on the flights; JetBlue announced that it would launch Mint on flights out of JFK to both Aruba and Barbados.

JetBlue has not yet released an official statement on the new service.
