The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa has completed its multi-phase renovation with the launch of its new Beach House restaurant.

The eatery, which was formerly known as Casa Havana, is being overseen by Executive Chef Michael Farrell, who created a new menu highlighting “coastal cuisine.”

“The launch of Beach House represents our continued commitment to position Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa as a dining destination in itself,” said Morty Valldejuli, Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa’s Managing Director and General Manager. “We are not only excited to welcome diners from the local community, but also hope guests will feel as if they have every gastronomic experience they need on location, so they’ll be less likely to travel beyond the resort.”

The new menu features dishes like Lobster Mac & Cheese, corn-fried P&J oysters and conch fritters, among others.

The new restaurant was the third and final phase of the resort’s renovation project.

The 343-room property is located on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman.
