New Villas to Try in Virgin Gorda, BVI

Leading villa provider Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals has expanded its portfolio on the island, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

The luxury villa management company has aded four new-build villas to its portfolio, raising its total to 28 different villas across the island. 

They range from family and couples’ retreats to spectacular beachfront compounds. 

The new additions include the new-look Amateras, a 5,000-square-foot villa that’s almost a private resort.

That’s along with LaVida, a five-bedroom beachfront villa in a secluded setting on the western coast of Virgin Gorda. Every room has ocean and beach views, with the centerpiece a large infinity-edged pool with panoramic views. 

The newest is 1 Paradise Lane, which was just completed in March 2022, a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home within a lush tropical garden near the Nail Bay Sports Club.

And then there’s the stunning, hillside Segura, set at the top of Leverick Bay, with stunning views of nearby Moskito, Eustatia, Necker and Saba Rock, an expansive dining pavilion and a even amenities like a gym. 

“Our villas deliver the ultimate getaway with so many amazing choices,” Sharon Flax-Brutus, director of operations at Virgin Gorda Villa Rentals, tells Caribbean Journal.
