Top Caribbean Ferry Returns to Dominica

The Eastern Caribbean’s top ferry operator has made its long-awaited return to the island of Dominica.
France-based L’Express des Iles made its first trip to Dominica this week since the onset of the pandemic.
“What a pleasure to make our first stopover in Dominica since March 21, 2020,” the company said in a statement. “We have missed the Caribbean’s Nature Island so much.”
It’s a big boost for Dominica, with service to the island from Guadeloupe, Saint Lucia and Martinique.
Guadeloupe-Dominica trips operate on Thursdays and Sundays.
That’s along with departures from Saint Lucia and Martinique on Fridays and Mondays through at least the end of 2021.
