A Major Milestone for This Bahamian Hotel

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 23, 2021

Long one of the best-kept secrets in The Bahamas, the Comfort Suites Paradise Island hotel has hit a major milestone — its 30th year in operation.

The hotel celebrated its 30-year anniversary this week on Paradise Island

“When we opened our doors in 1991 we envisioned becoming a landmark in the inventory of Paradise Island hotels by giving our guests an unforgettable experience at an affordable price point, and we have achieved that and so much more,” said Senior V.P. and Managing Partner of Comfort Suites Paradise Island.

One of the hotel’s biggest selling points has been complimentary access to the facilities at the neighboring Atlantis Paradise Island — including the Aquaventure water park and pool and beach access.

And that’s been just the beginning of the story for the hotel, which has become one of the most beloved places to stay in Nassau and Paradise Island.

“Comfort Suites Paradise Island has long been a second home for many guests, and we have been privileged to be the setting for meetings, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and a host of other joyous celebrations,” said Jermaine Wright, General Manager of Comfort Suites Paradise Island. “Every member of our team truly cares about the well-being and experience of each guest, and as we mark this significant milestone in our history, we look forward to welcoming many of our loyal, longtime returning guests who have become a part of our Comfort Suites Paradise Island family as well as welcoming new family members.”
