This Top Caribbean Boutique Hotel Has a New Testing Program

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 25, 2021

One of the Caribbean’s leading hotels has added a new on-site testing program, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Secret Bay hotel in Dominica is now providing PCR tests for guests for $40 per person, according to a statement from the property.

That helps guests comply with the CDC rules on testing for returning travelers to the United States.

Secret Bay has also launched a new partnership with COVAC Global, the aeromedical transport company, in the event that a guest tests positive.

For guests who opt in to the program, those who test positive and show one symptom while on property will get medical transport — with a doctor on board — back to their home airport at no additional expense.

“Secret Bay deeply values wellness and we’ve always wanted guests to come to Secret Bay to relax and escape their day-to-day,” said Dinesh Kissoon, Secret Bay’s General Manager. “We believe these new offerings, along with our other health and safety protocols, will further give guests peace of mind when visiting the Nature Island.”
