Andaz Turks and Caicos Launches Real Estate Sales

The highly-anticipated Andaz Turks and Caicos residential resort has officially launched real estate sales, a project spokesperson told Caribbean Journal.

The property, which is slated to make its debut in 2021, will span 5.5 acres in the heart of Providenciales’ world-famous Grace Bay Beach.

Andaz Turks and Caicos will be comprised of two buildings: a 59-key hotel and a collection of 74 branded residential units.

The latter will feature a mix of one-, two and three-bedroom units, along with several four-bedroom penthouses.

Andaz is one of Hyatt’s luxury brands. The Andaz Turks and Caicos will be the first-ever Andaz-branded hotel in the Caribbean region.

The new real estate only adds to what has become one of the hottest luxury real estate markets in the wider Caribbean, thanks to a sizzling condo hotel market led by signatures like the Shore Club on Long Bay and the ever-expanding Beach Enclave real estate brand in Providenciales.

Late last month, another buzzy residential resort broke ground with the new Rock House, a project by Grace Bay Resorts (best known for the flagship Grace Bay Club) that will be the first-ever cliffside resort in Turks and Caicos.

The new activity comes as several high-profile homes have transacted so far in 2019, including the former Turks and Caicos retreat of Prince and, more recently, the $11.5 million sale of Provo’s Triton Luxury Villa.
