The property includes a collection of 15 units ranging from one to three-bedroom condos.

The best part? Every unit comes with its own private pool, from the one-bedroom suites to the capacious three-bedroom units.

Other amenities include an indoor gym, daily housekeeping, a concierge, Wi-Fi and the option of booking custom services like a private chef and private spa treatments.

Tranquility Beach is looking to launch for the upcoming festive season, with stays starting Dec. 21, according to the property’s Web site.

The property is the brainchild of developers Ian Edwards, who is behind the popular Sunset Homes Anguilla, and Neil Freeman, the chairman and CEO of Aries capital.
