A luxe villa at Palmilla’s Oceano Bajo in San Jose del Cabo is headed to auction, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The villa, designed by architect Sandra Espinet and set right on the property’s Jack NIcklaus-designed course, is currently listed at $2.45 million.
The stunning Mexico villa will go to the highest bidder (without reserve) in an auction that begins April 26, according to Concierge Auctions, which is listing the property in cooperation with The Agency’s Janet Jensen.
The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 4,110-square-foot villa has amenities like a saltwater infinity pool and views of the course’s fifth fairway.
The adjacent 10,055-square-foot lot is also being listed and will be moved separately or collectively, according to the company.
