Beach Enclave, a collection of private villa resorts in Providenciales, has announced unveiled its second phase: The Club.

The Club is the first project in the Turks & Caicos for architexts Jacobsen Arquitetura, which brings a modern, tropical design to the archipelago.

“At its core, Beach Enclave is a collection of private villa resorts, with each villa providing a boutique resort experience complete with private beach area, gardens, and a fully dedicated staff,” said CEO and Founder of Beach Enclave, Vasco Borges. “We wanted to maintain this low density, customized owner-and-guest experience. But we also wanted to take it to the next level. For The Club, we added spaces and amenities that complement the villa’s seclusion, including a signature wellness spa and gourmet indoor-outdoor dining within footsteps of each intimate retreat.”

Four beach-facing Club Residences will debut in 2021, featuring wide-frontage and an ample mix of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining, ranging from one to three bedrooms, according to the property.

In addition, the four freestanding Beach Houses are expected to debut in 2020 and offer split-level accommodation with private parcels of land.

“With the masterful use of straight lines, neutral colors, and organic materials such as glass and local stone, each property flows naturally between cozy interior living and the beauty of the bay,” said Bernardo Jacobsen, Co-Founder of Jacobsen Arquietetura. “Sun-filled skylights and plenty of natural light give every room a bright and airy feel without compromising privacy, while windows showcase the brilliant, white-and-turquoise setting by the sea.”
