Leading European villa management company Exceptional Villas is making a renewed push into the Caribbean, highlighted by an expansion to Aruba.

The company, which is based in Dublin, said the move was part of a plan to “become the world’s leading vacation rental service company.”

In addition to the Aruba debut, the company has also added 80 luxury homes in the Dominican Republic, 30 properties in Turks and Caicos and 40 villas in the Cayman Islands to its inventory.

The Aruba villas are set in the Tierra del Sol resort community.

“We are thrilled to launch this collection of luxury vacation rentals in new markets across the globe”, says Alexandra Baradi, Owner and CEO of Exceptional Villas. “Each of our high-end homes has been handpicked and chosen because of their unique design and exceptional luxury. We bring all our guests the unwavering certainty of hand-picked and vetted properties as well as a complimentary concierge service that organizes every detail of our client’s vacation. We have a policy of going the extra mile for our clients, and the result has been an increase in repeat and word of mouth business.”

The company, which is part of Dream World Travel, has additionally added another Caribbean Basin market, Costa Rica.
