A luxury villa at the Four Seasons Nevis has hit the market, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The “Seabreeze” villa is listed for $1.7 million.

Set on the first hole of the Four Seasons Nevis’ Robert Trent Jones II golf course, the three-bedroom villa has an open floor plan with a large screened-in veranda for indoor-outdoor living.

The property, which was built in 2004, has a private patio, a heated hot tub and a full-size swimming pool.

It’s set within minutes of all of the amenities of the luxury Nevis resort, with service by Four Seasons Villa Operations, meaning 24-hour security, a dedicated villa operations manager and landscaping services, among other amenities.

Seabreeze, which has its own secluded entryway, is located on a 0.27-acre lot.

For more, visit Seabreeze.
