Two New Villas to Experience in St Barth

St. Barth Properties is introducing two new properties to their villa portfolio in St Barth: Villa Java and Villa Coquillage.

Villa Java, aimed at beach lovers, is a three-bedroom villa with direct access to the protected waters of Marigot Bay.

The three en-suite bedrooms feature French king beds, his and her closets and TVs equipped with Apple TV.

The modern, cool-white décor of the living area on the lower-level features a gourmet kitchen with island, a dining area and a living room that can be closed off with sliders.

The villa’s outdoor areas feature a covered terrace, a heated extra-long infinity pool on the deck and a private beach area.

Villa Coquillage is named for its proximity to one of St. Barth’s most popular spots– Shell Beach.

Just a five minute walk from Gustavia’s restaurants, boutiques and bars, this two-bedroom villa is compact and contemporary in design.

The open floor plan, which includes an air-conditioned living room and kitchen, opens to an expansive pool deck furnished for outdoor living.

Two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms feature sea views at either end of the villa.
