Earthquake Causes Shaking in Northeast Caribbean

A 5.2-magnitude earthquake caused shaking across much of the northeastern Caribbean on Sunday morning, according to data from the US Geological Survey.
The quake, which struck at around 11:12 AM local time, was centered about 22 kilometers north-northeast of St Barth.
It came at a depth of around 74.5 kilometers, according to the USGS.
The majority of reports of shaking came in St Barth, along with islands including St Martin, Anguilla, St Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, the US Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Guadeloupe and Puerto Rico.
Earthquakes are not unusual in the Caribbean, which is a seismically active region.
There were no reports of damage or injuries resulting from the quake, however.
