Paradise Island’s One Ocean Seeing Sales Boom

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 23, 2016

The One Ocean luxury oceanfront condominium project on Paradise Island in the Bahamas is seeing a sales boom after its launch.

Replay Destinations’ oceanfront residences held a launch at a private cocktail event at Atlantis last week, unveiling a limited number of reimagined condo and new One Ocean Penthouse residences.

So far, the project has secured more than $34 million in overall sales commitments for the residences, developers said this week.

The property overlooks Nassau Harbour.

Replay acquired all 52 unsold residences last year, launching a multimillion-dollar redesign and transformation of the property, teaming with Montreal-based interior designer Patty Xenos Design.

“We saw the acquisition of these condominiums as a tremendous opportunity to create residences at a destination that has strong appeal for real estate buyers,” said Michael Coyle, CEO of Replay Resorts. “One Ocean’s location on Paradise Island is ideal- fronting Nassau Harbor, adjacent to Ocean Club, across from One and Only, and within walking distance to both the beach and Atlantis. This initial sales success demonstrates strong interest from real estate buyers who want a home on Paradise Island and are pleased with what we’ve done with One Ocean to make it a great place to live.”
