Aristide to Make First Public Appearance

Former Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide will make his first major public appearance since his return to Haiti in March, delivering a speech and inaugurating the expansion of his university. The University of the Aristide Foundation, which closed in 2004, reopened in 2008. [Telegraph]
