A Major Resort in the Bahamas Is For Sale

A major Bahamian resort is now on the market.

The Treasure Cay Resort, Marina and Golf Course has been listed for sale with Abaco Estate Services.

The beachfront resort “package” includes a 95-room hotel, a 150-slip marina, an 18-hole golf course, a shopping center, along with additional beachfront hotel development opportunities along the 3.5-mile coast.

Yes, that includes 3.5 miles of crescent-shaped white sand beach that’s among the best in the Caribbean.

The resort is located about 10 minutes away from TCB International Airport, and about 30 minutes from the city of Marsh Harbour in Abaco. treasure

 

The price? It’s currently listed for $59 million with Abaco Estate Services.
