Another new condominium-hotel project has broken ground in fast-growing St Kitts.

The T-Loft hotel and condo project at Pirate’s Nest in Frigate Bay has officially launched.

The $40 million project is slated to include 246 rooms upon completion, including 41 condominium units across six independent buildings.

St Kitts and Nevis has been in a major construction boom, in large part due to its ability to offer citizenship by investment for condo-hotel projects like T-Loft.

The project was first announced in June.
