The Caneel Bay resort in St John, US Virgin Islands is expanding its culinary offerings.

The property, set on 170 acres in St John, has unveiled a series of new food options, including a new sake menu and a brand-new menu at its Turtle Bay Estate House.

The former includes seven versions of sake, from Moonstone Plum, a Ginjo sake blended with natural plum falvor to Momokawa “G” Organic, a super-premium Junmai Gino Genshu sake.

The Turtle Bay House, under the stewardship of executive chef Anthony Dawodu, has unveiled a new menu based on local, seasonal ingredients, from locally caught snapper to tomatoes grown on St John.

The property has also added a new dining “outpost” featuring Italian-inspired cafe fare, from paninis to gelato.
