A New Look at the San Juan Marriott

SAN JUAN — The San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is debuting its newly-updated look this weekend, following a series of renovations.

The property recently put the finishing touches an $8 million renovation that upgraded all of its 525 guest rooms and balconies.

It’s part of a wider modernization project that included the $2.2 million overhaul of the resort’s lobby and the launch of the Red Coral Lounge last year.

The upgrades include new 47-inch flat-screen televisions, balcony furniture sandy-textured carpeting and artwork.

The hotel, which is located in the Condado neighbourhood of Puerto Rico’s capital, last upgraded its rooms in 2007 with a $35 million project.
