Tradewind Aviation Is Adding New Flights to Three Islands in The Bahamas — Including Nassau
The luxury airline has just announced the expansion of its scheduled service to Marsh Harbour and North Eleuthera, extending its flights from Stuart, Florida through April 20, 2026, making the route officially year-round.
But that’s not all.
Starting December 11, 2025, Tradewind will launch brand-new scheduled routes from Fort Lauderdale to both Marsh Harbour and North Eleuthera, along with a new route from Stuart to Nassau — significantly increasing access to some of The Bahamas’ most beloved destinations.
Flights from Stuart depart from the APP Jet Center at Witham Field Airport, while the Fort Lauderdale flights will operate from the Sheltair FBO at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The new flights will operate five days a week — Thursdays through Mondays — with flight times of approximately one hour.
One-way fares will start at $249 plus tax for Marsh Harbour and North Eleuthera, and $229 plus tax for Nassau, according to Tradewind.
The expansion reflects growing demand for premium, small-aircraft service to the Out Islands, offering travelers a faster, more streamlined alternative to commercial hubs. For Tradewind, it’s also a clear signal of the airline’s deeper investment in The Bahamas — a market that continues to see a steady rise in high-end traffic.
The new routes are now available for booking.
Tradewind operates out of both South Florida and San Juan, with service to some of the most sought-after luxury destinations in the region, from St Barth to Anguilla to Virgin Gorda.
