Aztec Airways Just Launched New Daily Flights to Eleuthera
Aztec Airways is expanding its Bahamas service with the launch of new daily flights to North Eleuthera.
The new route, which began operating August 1, 2025, runs seven days a week from Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
Aztec is one of a growing number of carriers servicing the increasingly popular airport, which is a gateway both to the rest of Eleuthera and nearby Harbour Island, which is a short ferry ride away.

It’s the latest addition to Aztec’s growing Bahamas network, which already includes five weekly flights to Governor’s Harbour and twice-weekly service to Rock Sound — offering travelers a range of options for reaching Eleuthera’s top destinations. Rock Sound is the best way to reach one of our favorite places to stay on the island, the legendary Cape Eleuthera resort.
All flights depart from Aztec’s private terminal in Fort Lauderdale, where travelers can take advantage of free parking, no TSA lines, and a streamlined boarding experience.
With the new daily ELH service, Aztec now provides direct access to three of Eleuthera’s main airports. That makes it easier than ever to explore one of the Bahamas’ most captivating Out Islands
