For the First Time, JetBlue Is Adding Mint Service to Puerto Rico
For some of JetBlue’s longer flights to the Caribbean — think New York to Aruba, for example — the carrier has been offering its premium Mint cabin service for years.
One destination, however, has never had it: Puerto Rico, despite being one of the region’s most heavily-trafficked destinations.
Finally, though, Mint service, which includes touches like lie-flat seats and 17-inch TV screens, is coming to Puerto Rico.

Beginning this summer, JetBlue will offer Mint on one daily flight between New York and Puerto Rico’s capital, San Juan.
The new Mint service will officially begin on July 22, according to the company’s Web site. It joins existing New York-Caribbean routes with Mint service including Barbados and Aruba.
So what will it cost?
A sample booking this July between New York and San Juan showed a price of around $844.60 roundtrip.
