Club Med’s Cancun All-Inclusive Is Getting a Makeover
Club Med’s top resort in the Mexican Caribbean is set for a large-scale renovation project, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The all-inclusive hotspot is making upgrades to its Family Oasis wing and adding a new sports and wellness center to the property, among other changes.
That includes a new yoga area, along with archery facilities, bocce courts, mini-golf and a circus with a trapeze.
The Family Oasis will include a special dedicated family pool, the addition of new larger, family-focused suites and the construction of 10 new pickleball courts.
That’s along with the new Baby Club Med, which offers childcare services for children between 4 months and 23 months, along with new play facilities including a splash park, water park, mini pool and mini theater.
The new “Sports & Wellness Island” will be finished by April. The Family Oasis enhancement will be completed by December 2024, Club Med said.
Club Med Cancun is set in the Punta Nizuc area of Mexico’s most-visited destination.
