How Travelers Can Save Right Now at This New-Look Jamaica Hotel

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - February 13, 2024

From a revamped poolsacpe to a transformed aesthetic, Kingston’s venerable Courtleigh Hotel and Suites has entirely new look — and now the popular Jamaica hotel is launching a special way for travelers to save.

The Courtleigh has unveiled a new “book early and save” program, which gives travelers up to 20 percent off on bookings made at least 30 days in advance.

“Savvy travelers know full well that advance preparation always yields nice perks,” Nicola Madden-Greig, Group Director of Marketing and Sales at the Courtleigh, told Caribbean Journal. “Our new Book Early and Save promo, though, takes the usual benefits of planning ahead to a whole new level, with exclusive savings paired with our all-new surroundings to deliver the ultimate in guest satisfaction.”

The 127-room has long been one of the premier places to stay in Jamaica’s capital. The hotel just put the finishing touches on its brand-new identity, with a rebranding and a widespread upgrade to the property, one that totaled $2 million.

The new-look Courtleigh is part of an increasingly impressive collection of hotels in Kingston, from Sandals’ AC Marriott hotel to the recently-debuted ROK hotel on the waterfront. The latter is part of the Hilton portfolio.

Indeed, Kingston has increasingly become a popular leisure travel destination, drawing in visitors for its unique blend of cutting-edge Jamaican cuisine, vibrant culture, rich music history and impressive public art movement.
