This Turks and Caicos Resort Has a New Marketing Director

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 8, 2023

Turks and Caicos’ Wymara Resort + Villas has named a new director of sales and marketing.

The Providenciales resort has tapped industry veteran Miguel Carrillo to the role.

Carrillo, a native of Venezuela, was most recently the director of sales and marketing at the Malliouhana resort in Anguilla.

He also spent nearly two decades with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

“We are very excited to welcome Miguel Carrillo to our Turks & Caicos gem,” adds Shelley Rincon, Chief Executive Officer at Wymara Resort + Villas. “Miguel has been part of the luxury hospitality industry for many years and his results, across each hotel and resort he’s worked with, speaks for itself. His wealth of knowledge in the industry, his dedication to service and his leadership approach made Miguel a natural fit for this position. We are looking forward to seeing his vision for the resort come to life.”

The Grace Bay resort has a total of 91 studios and suite, along with a collection of villas and a beach club.
