The Four Seasons Nevis Has a New Top Chef

The Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the island’s premier luxury resort, has named a new leader for its culinary program, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

The resort has tapped Andrea Ferrandi as its new executive chef, who is joining her fifth Four Seasons property. 

“I am pleased to welcome Chef Andrea to the Four Seasons Resort Nevis family and back into the Four Seasons fold,” say Antoine Lhomme, Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis. “With extensive experience across Europe, the United States and the Caribbean, we can’t wait to see how he will apply his knowledge and skill to our food and beverage offerings here in Nevis.”

Ferrandi will be overseeing the culinary teams and operations at the property’s four eateries: On the Dune; EsQuilina; Mango; and the Kastawey Beach Bar. 

Ferrrandi will also be responsible for culinary experiences at the resort like private villa dinners, beach dinners and rum pairing menus. 

“I am very glad to be joining Four Seasons Resort Nevis at this time in the property’s history,” said Chef Andrea. “I truly believe that good food brings ultimate happiness, and I am excited to share my creative approach to cooking to our guests, offering a good excuse to mingle at the table and relish a unique dining experience.”

Ferrandi was most recently at the Four Seasons Anguilla.
