Hilton’s first Conrad resort in the Caribbean is adding a new resort-within-a-resort concept to its Riviera Maya retreat, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is adding a new collection of rooms called the Ceiba Club, featuring exclusive amenities and experiences.

The Ceiba Club consists of eight different rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies with relaxation tubs. They also receive nightly turndown service and touches like sun care toiletry its, bottles of wine and local chocolates in the room.

The Ceiba Club.

Guests in the Club also have private check-in, dedicate concierge, and all-day dining options by a Ceiba-specific chef.

Ceiba Club guests also get access to the private club lounge and beach areas, along with the Chiringuito Carbon pool and priority access to culinary events.

“We are honored to be the first of Conrad Hotels & Resorts’ properties in Latin America to unveil the brand new Ceiba Club offering,” said Francisco Corbin, Hotel Manager at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya. “Our mission is to provide our guests with meaningful experiences while connecting them to the local culture, and our Ceiba Club will allow for even more possibilities, curated offerings and purposeful service that extends beyond their stay.”

Hilton has been rapidly expanding its resort offering in the Caribbean, particularly on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.
