JetBlue Expands Insider Experience Program to Nassau

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - September 6, 2022

JetBlue Vacations has expanded its Insider Experience program for JetBlue Vacations packages to Nassau, The Bahamas.

The Insider Experience program is already included for all JetBlue Vacations flight and hotel ackages in Aruba, Cancun, Montego Bay and Punta Cana.

Nassau becomes the fifth destination for the program, which offers exclusive benefits like airport meet and greet, free airport transfers, concierge service and “24/7 problem solving with an in-destination insider.”

“As JetBlue Vacations continues to grow, we are excited to continue to help deliver on the mission of bringing humanity to travel,” said Andres Barry, president of JetBlue Travel Products. “We are thrilled to expand our Insider Experience program to Nassau, a bustling tourist hot spot and top destination for JetBlue Vacations customers. The Insider Experience is an in-person problem solver and concierge, all wrapped in one, and has proven itself to be an added value to the typical bundled vacation package, where customers are getting more than they’re paying for.”

For those taking advantage of the program, JetBlue Vacations Insiders are waiting outside the baggage claim area, escorting customers to their complimentary airport transfer and helping start their vacation “as quickly and easily as possible,” JetBlue says.

The program first launched in 2020.

JetBlue says more than 75,000 travelers have already taken advantage of the program.
