The New Park Hyatt Los Cabos Is Now Accepting Reservations

The new Park Hyatt in Los Cabos is now bookable.

Park Hyatt has officially opened reservations for its highly anticipated new resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol, set within the exclusive Cabo del Sol community along the Golden Corridor, is positioning itself as one of the region’s premier luxury coastal sanctuaries.

The new resort features 163 accommodations, including 88 suites and three spacious villas. Many rooms and suites include patios or terraces with private plunge pools and sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez.

Amenities include a beach club, serene swimming pools, world-class golf, and the Navia Spa, which offers a series of personalized wellness rituals. The property also has five restaurants and bars, including Mesa Madre, a culinary concept that pays homage to Latin American traditions and flavors.

The hotel will also cater to weddings and high-end events, with indoor and outdoor venues for up to 220 guests.

Reservations are now open for stays beginning Dec. 1, 2025.

Prices at the Park Hyatt Los Cabos start at $1,243 right now for stays in December, according to Google Hotels. And yes, it’s part of World of Hyatt if you’re looking to book with points.
