JetBlue’s New TrueBlue Travel Platform Lets You Book Trips — With or Without a Flight

JetBlue is giving its travel booking experience a new name — and more ways for loyalty members to use their points.
The airline today announced the launch of TrueBlue Travel, the rebranded version of its former Paisly by JetBlue platform. Powered by JetBlue’s proprietary technology through its wholly owned subsidiary, Paisly, LLC, the new platform is designed to make planning and booking travel more seamless — whether or not customers are flying with JetBlue.
With the rebrand, TrueBlue members can now redeem points for JetBlue flights, flight + hotel packages, standalone hotel stays, and car rentals — a significant expansion of the TrueBlue ecosystem.
“This rebrand is a major milestone for Paisly as we continue to grow into a fully integrated travel services company,” said Jamie Perry, President of Paisly. “It reflects what customers already expect: a platform that delivers unbeatable value for TrueBlue members, from earning and redeeming points to using JetBlue Plus and Premier Card benefits. With the addition of hotel and car redemption, TrueBlue Travel offers one seamless place to plan and book an entire trip, backed by the service JetBlue is known for. It also highlights how Paisly’s platform can support future partners looking to deliver a loyalty-led travel experience.”
JetBlue says the new platform aligns more closely with its award-winning TrueBlue loyalty program, helping members maximize rewards while making it easier to manage all aspects of a trip in one place. The launch is also part of the airline’s broader JetForward strategy, aimed at strengthening profitability and long-term customer engagement.
The booking experience now includes hotels, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, theme park tickets, and travel essentials — with or without a JetBlue flight. Members earn points and Tiles on eligible purchases, and through August 8, 2025, they can earn 2X Tiles on car and hotel bookings made via TrueBlue Travel for travel completed by November 30, 2025.
Customers don’t need to sign in to browse, but logging into a TrueBlue account or linking a flight unlocks personalized offers and member-only savings. All bookings come with 24/7 support from the Helpful Humans team.
With TrueBlue Travel, JetBlue continues to expand the reach of Paisly as a full-service travel provider, now supporting multiple parts of the JetBlue portfolio, including JetBlue Vacations.
