You Can Train With an NBA Star at This All-Inclusive Resort in Saint Lucia
First there was the world’s fastest woman. Now, an NBA star. (Both were gold medalists, actually). This summer, BodyHoliday in Saint Lucia is launching one of its boldest wellness experiences yet: WellFit with NBA All-Star and Olympic gold medalist Bam Adebayo, from August 14–18, 2025. It’s part of the resort’s Feature Months lineup — a curated calendar of transformative retreats — and it marks the first time the NBA star has teamed up with a resort brand.
What that means for you? Five days of immersive, high-performance training in the heart of the Caribbean, with one of the most elite athletes in the world.
Train Like an Olympian
Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone just trying to reconnect with movement, the WellFit program is built around access and elevation. Adebayo, who averaged 18.1 points per game last year for the Heat, will lead guests through structured fitness sessions, tailored to bring out both physical intensity and mental clarity. There’s also a “Champions Talk” at the Clubhouse, where Adebayo will share stories from his personal journey — from winning Olympic gold to becoming a leader in the NBA.
What’s Included in the Program
Exclusive meet-and-greets with Bam
Curated recovery sessions in BodyHoliday’s wellness center
Daily spa treatments included in the stay
Full access to the resort’s legendary WellFit Tribes programming
“This program is a way to share what helps me stay focused — on and off the court — and how that approach can be adapted into someone else’s routine,” Adebayo said. “Especially in a setting like BodyHoliday, where wellness is part of the environment.”
What Makes BodyHoliday Different
Even without a superstar guest trainer, BodyHoliday isn’t your typical beach resort. It’s a complete wellness ecosystem: spa, sport, food, sleep, and self — all blended into an all-inclusive format that somehow still feels personalized. Each guest receives one included spa treatment per day, and stays come with access to motorized and non-motorized water sports, fitness classes, yoga, tai chi, healthy gourmet meals, and more.
In August, the energy shifts into high gear. The resort’s WellFit Tribes summer series continues through the month, with additional headliners like Olympic sprinter Julien Alfred (October 6–10) and Olympic swimmer Brooks Curry, each adding their own pulse to BodyHoliday’s high-performance momentum.
What It Costs to Stay at BodyHoliday For This
Bam Adebayo’s WellFit program runs August 14–18, but guests can come earlier or stay later to soak in the broader WellFit experience. Rates start at $799 per night for a Garden View Twin Room (2 guests), on an all-inclusive basis. That includes daily spa treatments, all meals and drinks, fitness classes, and full access to WellFit programming.
