Since its debut, the ship has been cruising weeklong itineraries to the Caribbean and Bahamas, calling on ports like Cozumel, Roatán, San Juan, and Ocean Cay — the line’s private marine reserve in The Bahamas. MSC World America is laid out as a series of distinct neighborhoods. The Family Aventura District caters to younger travelers with splash zones, climbing structures, and The Harbour — an open-air activity park with the only overwater swing ride at sea. At the opposite end of the ship, the Zen Area provides an adults-only escape, with infinity-style pools, quiet decks, and oceanfront lounging.

There’s also the World Promenade, an open-air stretch with nightly light shows, and the World Galleria, an enclosed promenade with cocktail bars, designer shops, and a giant LED ceiling displaying digital art. Tacos & Cantina brings bold Latin flavors in a casual setting. Kaito Teppanyaki and Kaito Sushi offer live cooking and fresh sashimi, while Butcher’s Cut focuses on dry-aged steaks and bourbon-forward cocktails.

Casual options include Luna Park Pizza & Burger, Promenade Bites for quick snacks, and the sweeping Il Mercato Buffet, with stations spanning global cuisines.

In the evening, MSC World America shifts gears. Guests can take in a series of original productions like Odyssey, a cirque-style acrobatics show; Queen Symphonic, a rock-and-orchestra performance; and Dirty Dancing in Concert, a live musical that mirrors the classic film. Smaller venues like The Loft host dueling pianos, karaoke, and stand-up acts. Themed parties range from the neon-heavy Miami Nights to the ski-themed Après.
