Curacao’s New Adults-Only Hotel Is Now Taking Bookings for the Summer, With an Oceanfront Pool and a Tasting Menu
Local art. A design by legendary architect Piet Boon. A chef’s tasting menu concept. It’s the newest hotel in Curacao, and it’s set to be one of the island’s most exciting places to stay.
It’s called the Art Hotel Curacao, and the Dutch Caribbean’s newest boutique hotel is planning a summer debut, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The 30-rom hotel is now taking bookings for July 1, according to its website.
Despite its size, the amenities are robust, from an oceanfront pool to beach access to a Scandinavian fusion restaurant called The Lemon Tree, highlighted by a five-course tasting menu.

And that includes design by Piet Boon, a name that’s a symbol of luxury in the Dutch Caribbean (including some of the hottest villas in neighboring Bonaire).
Most notably, it’s an adults-only property, one of the top demands for so many travelers to the Caribbean right now.

So what about prices?
You can book a “luxury room” with a city view for $220.15 per night right now. For an oceanfront room, the rate goes up to $374.86 per night, not including tax.
What about getting to Curacao this summer? You can find Miami-Curacao flights on American Airlines for about $632 roundtrip. From New York, JetBlue is flying this summer to Curacao for about $998 roundtrip, according to Google Flights.
