Hilton’s New St Thomas Hotel Is Targeting a Summer Debut

St Thomas’ first new-build hotel in decades is planning for a summer debut, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Hampton by Hilton St Thomas, set near the West Indian Marina, is planning to open in the third quarter of 2025, a spokesperson for Hilton confirmed to Caribbean Journal.

The property will have a total of 126 rooms; it’s a project by Haven Development.

Amenities will include a pool, an indoor-outdoor bar and a tapas restaurant, among others.

The hotel will also be offering day passes to cruise passengers who want to use amenities at the property.

It will be the first new hotel to open in St Thomas since the boutique Pink Palm opens its doors in 2023.
