The Baha Mar Is Partnering With Goop on a Wellness Weekend

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 22, 2024 - 4:37 pm

We’ve called it the resort that has “everything for everyone,” and now Nassau’s’ Baha Mar Resort is adding, well, something more.

Thanks to a partnership with Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop brand, the megaresort is launching its first-ever “wellness weekend,” running from Sept. 13-15.

The “transformative retreat” will include everything from workout classes to mindfulness sessions to journeys of self-discovery.

That includes sessions from top trainers like Isaac Boots and yoga instructor Koya Webb, among others.

“We’re delighted to bring goop-curated experiences and experts to Baha Mar,” said Graeme Davis, President of Baha Mar. “goop is a trailblazing brand rooted in curiosity and authenticity that, like Baha Mar, offers its guests the luxury of choice. We look forward to enjoying spectacular experiences during our upcoming Baha Mar Wellness Weekend.”

The event begins with a welcome reception at Marcus Samuelsson’s Marcus Up Top rooftop spot. The classes begin Saturday morning, followed by a yoga session, a stop at the Nexus members-only club and dining at one of Baha Mar’s top eateries.

The Sunday schedule includes more cardio and breath work, along with a treatment at the 30,000-square-foot ESPA spa.
