Copa Is Adding More Flights to Belize
In a big boost for South American travelers, Panama’s Copa Ailrines is enhancing its nonstop service to Belize.
Starting in June, Copa will be running flights on both Mondays and Fridays, Caribbean Journal has learned.
That service will be operated on Boeing 737-700 aircraft, and, most importantly, will be operating year-round.
Copa’s hub at Panama’s Tocumen International Airport is one of the major air hubs for South American travelers looking to connect to the broader Caribbean region.
The expanded service “will potentially elevate the travel experience, encouraging more explorers to choose Belize as their next destination,” the Belize Tourism Board said in a statement.
